Very comfortable, elegant hotel in the heart of SoHo, brilliant for shopping and eating out. This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

La vista es increíble, la ubicacion es óptima y los alrededores son muy lindos para recorrerlos. La boardwalk de la costa de Jersey City vale la pena caminarla.

The accommodations and view were spectacular . The apartment was clean and cozy. It had a fantastic view from the deck and our apartment. It was great having a washer and dryer and a full kitchen . The apartment was walking distance to the PATH station and that was minutes from Manhattan . We will definitely stay again. I'm not sure which Pelican property we love more in NJ. -
You get there, you see Manhattan skyline and you do not desire to move away anymore.
The flat has everything one could need to feel at home. I have been visiting New York on a regular basis since 1983; now I cannot even think to stay in an other place. Great!!!!

Having previously paid a small fortune to stay in cramped dingy hotels
rooms in Manhattan, we decided to try this as an alternative. It was a
great decision. You get so much more for your money, in terms of space
and facilities. Our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We were
in a guest house but had total independence and freedom. The very
helpful manager was available at specified times but left us to
