The hotel is modern and spacious with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The suites are great with children- the pull-out couch is excellent quality and is a king-size bed. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The rooms are very quiet- a very nice experience! The location, near Time Square and Madison Ave. shopping is great! The staff are helpful and complimentary water and fruit is available in the lobby. The rooms have complimentary water, sodas, and snacks. A classy operation!

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was extremely clean and up-to-date. Our beds were comfortable. It definitely fit our needs for NYC. It was very close to everything - walking distance to 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square - but we were not in the midst of the crowds, noise and chaos. I travelled with my friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and also problem solving oriented. We arrived at 5h30 am and were supposed to check in at 3PM. welcome every time we passed through the lobby. Even the housekeeping
staff and others were exceptionally friendly - they demonstrated that

My boyfriend and I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was,
especially with our dog who was staying with us. When we arrived there
was a framed "welcome" for Bob our puppy with treats and water
for him. The "raid the mini bar" credit was a great touch and

Stayed here for a couple of days before dropping my daughter to summer
camp. The staff here are so welcoming and bend oer backwards to please.
We were upgraded upon arrival. The rooms and bathrooms in this hotel are
huge compared to most rooms in Manhattan and the decor is funky yet
comfortable. The location is fabulous. 3 minutes to Grand Central
Station and about 10 minutes to Macys. I love this hotel so much that
I'm going back in 3 weeks to stay for a week!!!
