This hotel, though on the southern tip of Manhattan, was conveniently located near several subway stations providing access to many different lines. The staff was very friendly, especially the bell hops and front desk
clerk. We had a tv issue and they were in our room in 2 minutes after
the call to fix it. Despite what you read on some reviews, the elevator
wasn't that slow. Plus, it is New York, learn to wait sometimes. We
had a good view of lower Manhattan and the river. The room was very
clean and can best be described as efficient in design. Perfect walking

Conveniently located right near the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge, it was a short walk to multiple Subway stations, the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, Pace University, the 9/11 Memorial, and Battery Park. Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground. Also walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. Loved the complimentary soft drinks

what we really like is that the beds are firm because my husband has a bad back, the size of the room so we don't feel squished in like many city rooms and the closeness if the subway plus beautiful to walk along the river and sip your moring cofee

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great nights sleep, bed was so comfy and big plus we had a great view from the 22nd floor.

We came to New York overnight by bus, and arrived at 8am. It was cold so we went to the hotel to see if we could get an early check-in and warm up. The staff was absolutely amazing and did everything they could for us--including finding a room at that early hour. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Great location next to world trade center memorial.
It was clean and the bed overall was comfortable. It would not be my first choice, but I would stay again if it is the one available.

I like all the extras- free coffee/tea/cappuccino/cold drinks all the time in the comfy Club Lounge plus snacks at night. Water dispenser and bottles on every floor. Fully stocked kitchen in the suites and smaller kitchenette with fridge and microwave in smaller rooms.
Great location close to many subway lines. Excellent restaurant and spectacular view on the top floor

My wife and i were treated very well by the manager (Kevin) during our stay at your New York hotel. We recieved a wonderful complimentary upgrade from a basic room to a large and beautiful suite with a balcony and view. Kevin also extended my wife and i a wondwrfully delious full course meal at the hotel's rooftop resturant, all exspenses paid by the hotel. We reccommend this hotel to all our family and friends.
