  We were upgraded to a cabin. Very basic but clean and comfortable. The motel is set back from the road so it was quiet. Very handy to the Kittery Outlets. - The room was clean The couple who run the place were very nice and friendly The area was quiet if you're looking for a good night sleep

I had my four young granddaughters with me and if saved me alot of money not to have to take them into restaurants and waste food. It is new and very clean. i stayed in a suite and was very surprised to find it has a kitchen complete with full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and cooktop. It was perfect for hosting a group of friends for cocktails and appetizers.

  This hotel was in walking distance to many shops and dining places. The hotel was very elegant and the staff was friendly.   The staff was very friendly and they were very talkative. They were more than willing to print off directions to any place we wanted to go. The breakfast was excellent with many choices.   The Port Inn was comfortable, with a friendly and helpful staff. It is slightly outside the busy, touristy downtown area and we felt this was a plus. The hotel was full, but it was very quiet. We did not have the breakfast, but it looked tasty. We would definitely stay here again. - Very informed & friendly staff. Super clean & comfortable. Great amenities. Convenient location, just a few minute drive to downtown Portsmouth, about an hour to Boston. Great value for the price. This was our second visit and we'll be back.
