  We were upgraded to a cabin. Very basic but clean and comfortable. The motel is set back from the road so it was quiet. Very handy to the Kittery Outlets. - The room was clean The couple who run the place were very nice and friendly The area was quiet if you're looking for a good night sleep

It was perfect for hosting a group of friends for cocktails and appetizers.

  The Port Inn was comfortable, with a friendly and helpful staff. It is slightly outside the busy, touristy downtown area and we felt this was a plus. The hotel was full, but it was very quiet. Convenient location, just a few minute drive to downtown Portsmouth, about an hour to Boston. Great value for the price. This was our second visit and we'll be back.
