My husband and I loved everything about this hotel. The place was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. They have a great hot breakfast bar as well. -
The room was nice. The staff was courteous and helpful. The pool and other facilities were also well kept and nice. I would stay here again.

We visited Hot Springs for our anniversary and stayed at Embassy Suites for the weekend. My husband and I enjoyed the large 2 room king suite, we both took notice of how clean the hotel was, wonderful friendly staff, and the best complimentary breakfast we've ever encountered. We also enjoyed massages at the spa which was heavenly. -

... lo que la gente dice » exceptionally comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The food was good. The location is an easy walk (or a quick shuttle ride) into town. I appreciated the door between the living room and bedroom so one person could sleep if the other stayed up.

Our room had a DVD player and they had a small selection of movies you could check out from the front desk. They also had a small snack shop and if you needed something in the middle of the night you could get it on the "honor system!" That is customer service!!!! -

The view of the lake was nice. The staff at the front desk were very
friendly and helpful, especially since somehow we were booked 2 rooms
and I only booked 1. They were able to help take off the extra room so
we would not be charged. Not sure who made the mistake: the hotel or

All was really really nice...no problems with anything. We had supper
& drinks Friday nite and food was good, waitress was nice &
knowledgeable and the bartender was great.

Nice atmosphere and employees. Easy to access attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay again. -
The staff were friendly when we checked in & out. The pool's slide was pretty cool however it goes down pretty deep (9ft).

The king size bed and jacuzzi. The room was clean and the employees were very nice. It was very quiet. Easy to get a good nights sleep. There was plenty of lighting in the room. -
