The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, but very simple. You had your eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, a few pastries and cereal. It was satisfactory. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the facility. Indoor pool was nice and the hotel is located near plenty of good eating and basic shopping. -

Friend staff and friendly travelers,good free breakfast,indoor pool in which kids just loved.convient to just about anywhere you may want to go. Very Good. -
The Room was amazing, big screen tv, huge comfortable bed, huge bathroom, nice closet, ac kept the room comfortable and the pool was nice.

The view of the lake was nice. The staff at the front desk were very
friendly and helpful, especially since somehow we were booked 2 rooms
and I only booked 1. They were able to help take off the extra room so
we would not be charged. Not sure who made the mistake: the hotel or
letsbookhotel.com. When I double checked my reservation on my email, o

All was really really nice...no problems with anything. We had supper
& drinks Friday nite and food was good, waitress was nice &
knowledgeable and the bartender was great.

having to tell staff there was a problem. Example sink had a water leak
on drain side. Left a towel under sink upon return to room after

I liked that the location of the property was on the main street of
everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and polite. They
offer discount magic springs tickets. The rooms get nice and cold and
are for the most part clean. -

Our room had a DVD player and they had a small selection of movies you could check out from the front desk. They also had a small snack shop and if you needed something in the middle of the night you could get it on the "honor system!" That is customer service!!!! -

My husband and I loved everything about this hotel. The place was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. They have a great hot breakfast bar as well. -

We visited Hot Springs for our anniversary and stayed at Embassy Suites for the weekend. My husband and I enjoyed the large 2 room king suite, we both took notice of how clean the hotel was, wonderful friendly staff, and the best complimentary breakfast we've ever encountered. We also enjoyed massages at the spa which was heavenly. -
