The light was out in the toilet room in the bathroom. When I contacted
the front desk, they were more than accommodating offering to send
someone immediately or change our room. The repairman that came was
extremely courteous and made the repair very quickly. We also had a
wonderful breakfast delivered to our room early as requested despite

I stay at hotels monthly and this by far was one of my favorite. everything is so modern and nice. Its very upscale, romantic, and comfortable. there where a few weddings going on in the courtyard at the fountain and it was just a nice friendly place to stay. The casino is a block away and they offered late night shuttle service

The hotel was not located in the middle of all the congestion like the rest of the hotels near the casino and mall. Convnience to everything - food, mall, casino, highway. -
I didn't know what to expect other than from the photos. This place was amazing and necessary! Will make this our first choice when traveling.

My daughter and I loved the hotel! The décor was pleasing to the eye,
very modern/contemporary and an awesome "downtown loft"
feeling. The hotel had more of an upscale apartment feel to it. We loved
the convenience of being shuttled to our locations within 5 miles, I
never had to drive my car while I was on vacation, it was so very
convenient. The

there was a safe to store our belongings while we were out of the room.
The indoor pool was -
Pleasantly surprised with the clean euro style decor and friendly and
accommodating staff.
The bartender at the wxyz bar was also very friendly and made great drinks.
If I were there longer I may have taken advantage of pool table.
Will definitely be back with friends.

pet friendly, great location shopping and casino close by. Lots of great eateries with in five minutes. -

My sister and I were there for a weekend of Christmas shopping and
really like the hotel shuttle that took us back and forth to the mall.
One shuttle driver went put of way when our car was out of gas. He took
us to gas station to get some gas and then assisted us with putting on
tank. His name wax Larry. -

I loved that it was near the Arundel Mills Mall & Casino. Actually it's near everything. Lot's of eateries, Walmart, airport, ect... I really loved the atmosphere as well. They're in a place that's nice & peacful & they're pet friendly also. They're close to the interstate as well. I rate them a perfect 10 all the way. -

reservation changed so we didn't have to get a new cab at midnight
to take us to the correct hotel.
