My daughter and I loved the hotel! The décor was pleasing to the eye, very modern/contemporary and an awesome "downtown loft" feeling. The hotel had more of an upscale apartment feel to it. We loved the convenience of being shuttled to our locations within 5 miles, I never had to drive my car while I was on vacation, it was so very convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. We loved the fact that there was a safe to store our belongings while we were out of the room. The indoor pool was .
todo comentarios » Pleasantly surprised with the clean euro style decor and friendly and accommodating staff. The bartender at the wxyz bar was also very friendly and made great drinks. If I were there longer I may have taken advantage of pool table. Will definitely be back with friends. I liked the location, serene, but close to activities, restaurants, amusement, shopping, casino. I loved the ambiance, modern, boutique type hotel. Great for a get-a-way. Loved it. Will go back. My likes were the location, close to the airport but not in the airport. Staff is excellent in that they were welcoming and helpful but low key at the same time. The aloft was an awesome experience. My husband and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary. The decor was very modern and absolutely beautiful. We loved it. Terrific staff - very accommodating and conveniently located near everything new happening. It was my pleasure to stay there. Rooms were clean and very trendy. Excellent value for the price. Would definitely stay here again. I love everything about Aloft. The room was very good and nice size but the bathroom needed a repair that was unusual. The faucet was not secured to the sink. It functioned but not well. The staff at the front desk were not very welcoming or helpful when asked about the surrounding area. The bar is way over priced!. the beds could stand to be more comfortable / plush. No problems. We called down for extra blanket room was too cold and we couldn't control it ourselves. It also appeared too modernized not family friendly; did not offer us at least a small free breakfast of fruit, bagels, juice, waffles come on we paid the price it would not hurt to have one from 7 to 9.; it is not child friendly. Thanks for the free bottled water, I don't drink coffee but my roomie did. It wasn't nothing that I didn't like. Do not like that shower water went all over the floor in the bathroom. Bugs, insects in the room. Air conditioning fan- directly in front of bed. Cold air blows directly in front of guests. Should be on side away from bed. nothing. The room was smaller than I thought it would be and there was no pay channels. shower leaked on to bathroom floor, gasket under shower door absent. NO Wash cloths to bath with except one. Soap dispenser in shower did not work. Breakfast bar (as little as it was) is normally free at the competition. n/a. Although the room had modern flare, it felt a bit cramped for two people. i didnt like the wallpaper patches on the wall in the bathroom it was glued on horribly looked like they didnt care whomever patched it, And the tub had shampoo in it from where the dispenser was broken in the shower. Also had no sugar for coffee machine in room, and one bottled water for a two guest room. The room was too basic. ...only one chair for a couple to relax in. Some room amenities work not in working order. Not enough staff, shuttle service not available during times annotated for mall. beds not made when went into room. We were promised a childrens fun pack and they did not have any. We were told when we arrived that we could order pizza from the kitchen and have it delivered for the children and the did not open the kitchen. The pool was over chlorinated and hurt the childrens eyes. The loud bar music kept the children awake. The life guard was very rough and unpleasant.
