  Staff were excellent specially Patrick, Vivian and Gwen. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed 2 days pre-cruise and 2 days post cruise. Our connecting flight was delayed on arrival so we phoned from Chicago and spoke to Gwen, she assured us the booking was fine and not to worry about any thing. Breakfast was inclusive, so were local calls and most important in - The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were just coming off a cruise ship and arrived several hours prior to expected check in yet they had rooms ready and let us into them right away. We also had a late flight the next day and they let us stay in the room for two hours past check out and then held our bags while we had lunch. They arranged the airport shuttle for us right at check in and the shuttle was on time and took us to the airport for $10 per person. The food in the bar and

  EVERYTHING! So many facilities and GREAT value. Its really a resort hotel. Even has two tennis courts...and a gymnasium. Good food. VERY comfy bed and BIG bedroom. I also had a good view over the garden and pool area. Its a Ramada hotel franchise and very well run. Also a nice clean hot tub and a very nice tiki bar with pleasant barstaff. clean rooms, soft mattresses and convenient location. Not a super nice neighborhood but the hotel inside is safely locked tight with key access only and all rooms are inside doors, not outside.
