My second time staying at this inn. Overall, Sunrise Inn is a reasonably priced inn, not really on the beach but close enough by car. Enough stores, restaurants close by. Good for families, couples. The studio suites have kitchenettes with enough utensils & stuff to get by. Towels, toiletries provided daily. Staff will work with you to accommodate late check-ins! Free parking on site is great.

The hotel was really great. The concierge was more than helpful. Ilios
and s3 restaurants were great (order a sandwich and a salad splitted
into two plates if you want to share with your couple at Ilios) as well
as the Starbucks located on the first floor. The Starbucks prices are at

hotel and you will always find a spot; you can request towels directly

Good room with nice big bed (king). We had a suite which is nice because breakfast in America is not what it is in Europe (so you can make your own in the kitchen ;)). Staff was good, although it sometimes took some time for them to answer the phone. It's nicely located, and the balconies give a nice view of the city and/or the see.

We booked the studio, which was fantastic. We were there for 3 nights
and were sad to leave. Clean spacious and well equipped. The small
complex was lovely and a real Art deco jem...it is quaint and

Whden I was looking for accomoadations for my group of seven, I wanted a place that would offer us enough space without having to order three or four hotel room that I could afford. The Winterset Suites is a gem; large apartment style suites; cozy and intimate property; fabuloud friendly staff and priced for those who want the best value for their money. We all loved this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to stay in a high rise hotel.

It is a family run, well maintained inn. The rooms are good sized, the community amenities are all well maintained and easy to use. They are 2 blocks from the public beach with free parking. They create a community atmosphere and are completely flexible. We will be keeping this on our list of favorites! -

This was the best place I ever stayed in Ft Lauderdale and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Florida. I had a geat relaxing vacation, the resort is very clean, quiet and the guys from the staff are just the best taking care of all your wishes. You feel just so comfortable here that you never want to leave this place. You get 10+

I loved the hot tub! Clothing is optional and I don't really like being naked around others but it felt right here! Breakfast had many options and management was so friendly and down to earth! My suggestion would be to check-in early and checkout late to enjoy the amenities! The only double king beds accommodation I could find which was a plus!

It was so relaxing after a day out to come back to a great pool. We turned up 4 hrs early to check in and they had no problem giving us the key. I was very happy and the fact there was a kitchen meant we could eat on tables around the pool for breakfast and in the evening. I fully recommend this as a great place to stay. -

I thought the room was way above average scale of 1-10 they were an 8.5 and very clean also the young lady who checked me in was very nice and up beat. The location is on block from the beach and the room has an kitchenette for long stays I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to be near Fort Lauderale Beach I have stayed

We were a group of friends and didn't realize that this was a gay
resort when we booked on the smart phone. They offered us to host us in
another hotel around if we wanted but we decided to stay, as the people
were soooo friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. We had a good
time there! The beach is only one block away. -

Muy buena ubicaciòn, para aquellos que deseen silencio y relax. Zona tranquila y segura. A pocos metros de la playa y con estacionamiento propio y gratuito. Personal muy atento y dispuesto. -
