On arrival, the manager Robert was so welcoming, very pleasant and great service. Jason during the day shift was very friendly and helpful. My family is still talking about the service.
The breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful.
Parked on the street at night, which was helpful since we had a 12 seater van.

We were met at the door by Mateo and had a wonderful experience from there out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made our stay 100 times more comfterble. -
Better than average breakfast - fresh waffles and prepared egg dishes were good to have, if not great in quality. 24/7 coffee in the lobby a good touch.

The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area
and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they
were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get a cab and
get to downtown Stamford for dinner and drinks. -

The staff was very nice to deal with. Very friendly! The room was clean. The noise was normal. We would stay there again when the opportunity rises. Our stay was good for the price that we paid. -

staff was friendly, accommodating as I needed assistance as far as the bathroom was concerned. We had a special young man with us who also has disabilities. These were all met with kindness. -
Very close to Sunnyside, Lyndhurst, and other historic sites. Quiet and convenient. Excellent staff -- knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Helpful and courteous staff, in a natural way, not forced. Room had more comfort than I probably deserved; still, I appreciated the upgrade. I was headed for the national high school indoor track championships in New York and this was a very pleasant yet affordable place to stay. Upon arriving the staff were very friendly and offered us a choice of floors. The room was spacious with a small kitchen. It was very well appointed with many electrical outlets and Wifi.
