When we arrived we had a reservation problem. It was solved quickly in a way that satisfied us . For the balance of our stay the employees did everything possible to make our stay a very pleasant one. Whenever we come to Syracuse Crest Hill Suites will always be our choice

The house was adorable and comfortable, breakfast was DELICIOUS! MY favorite thing about this B&B however, was the couple running it. They were so friendly and interesting to talk to. -

Good hotel in centre of Syracuse. Its is within walking distance both to downtown and to the University. Big rooms with free internet. Easy to find with its round form and 18 stories, so when you go by car you found it easily. -

The breakfast and the friendliest breakfast hostess. She went out of her way to go the extra mile. I don't remember her name (I think it was Fanny), but she was from Mexico. -
