Staff were very friendly. We were able to leave our car there from Wed night til Sun night when we returned. On Sun night at midnight the shuttle was right there to pick us up, had our car keys and dropped nus off at our car. -

The staff was great as we were warmly welcomed upon arrival, as well as at the breakfast the next morning. The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.

Good hotel in centre of Syracuse. Its is within walking distance both to downtown and to the University. Big rooms with free internet. Easy to find with its round form and 18 stories, so when you go by car you found it easily. -

the Grounds were nicely landscaped, and the lobby and restaurant, breakfast area were very nice. The room didn't have a mirror other than the bathroom, and they brought one in immediately, explaining that the room was newly painted. They also helped with directions to a restaurant. The people were very attentive during the breakfast period. -
