  The staff was amazing! I had bought a bottle of wine and didn't have wine glasses. On my way to go visit some of the beach I told the staff and they took two glasses up and put them up in my room! The accommodations were very plush to me and the view from our room had both the skyline and the beach!   The staff was excellent, friendly,accommodating. The beds were comfortable but pillows were cheap and the phones weren't working. Overall the hotel was very nice, clean.   The hotel rooms are nice and clean....the staff is nice and friendly...skip the hard sell on the timeshare...it is probably the only reason people give bad reviews (to get even for buying an overpriced timeshare)...the staff said the owners of the timeshares give bad reviews that are untruthful...this is a great place to rent a room...the exterior... lo que la gente dice » roof is ugly as u walk to your room but it wont affect your stay...beach views are awesome and I think every room has one...there are no balconies... - I immediately was impressed by Grand Seas friendly staff & how helpful they were to my needs. I stayed at this hotel with my 3 daughters ages 21, 14 & 11. The girls really loved this place, we will be returning again next year. I want to give special thanks to the housekeeping staff who were absolutely amazing. Very friendly & very caring to all of our needs. With a room full of girls its very hard to keep towels & things & this staff kept us very well taken care of. I (we)
