Honestly you really can't beat the price. I was there for 2 nights and paid less then 80. The staff was nice and I felt they were really sincere. The beach/boardwalk wasn't too far and there is alot of places around that are convient. On the outside it doesn't look too appealing but I would recommend to stay here especially if you are on a budget.

I had a room with a king sized bed. The room was extremely large with a cathedral ceiling, easy chair with ottoman, a comfort chair with arms, desk w/chair, sofa bed, coffee table, large dresser, window seat, micro wave sitting on bar, and refrigerator. Everything about this room was spacious. And, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The front desk clerk was very friendly....at checkout we were greeted by the 2 maids that were so friendly and seemed to love their job....check out was easy...just leave :) -

The location was great if you just want to relax by the beach. The store in the hotel was perfect for picking up supplies without having to get out into traffic. We stayed two nights in a partial sea view and one night in an ocean/pool front and both were nice. We can't wait to go back. -
