Everything!!! I've never been in a place like this before (and I've already travelled quite a lot)! Wonderful Guesthouse run by an amazing family. We loved all the effort that was put into making us feel at home, especially loved all the elaborate homemade treats for breakfast. Very lucky to have found this place!!

Marvellous place. Another one reason to come back to Knysna, just to stay there. It's more, than just a hotel. The place not just to get the bed and breakfast, but to enjoy every minute. -
Every thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, owner was more like a long time friend. Would love to go back, and stay longer.

planning our holiday. Staff could not have been more helpful with
recommendations and answers to our every question. Carol, the owner is
personable and greeted us warmly on our arrival. She took the time to

transfers and even packed us a breakfast to go the morning we were
leaving since we had an early morning flight. The hotel was spotless
and the breakfasts were fantastic! We love the extra attention we get
from boutique hotels and this was did no disappoint. I state with my 3
adult children.

The owner of the lodge and his wife were very helpful and attentive. The lodge itself was quietly situated with views of the nearby bay and well laid out with excellent facilities. It was within easy reach of Cape Town and the beautiful coastline. Top marks from us and would definitely return in the future.

This hotel lived up to all our expectations and more. We arrived at 10.30am and expected to just leave our luggage, but we were given our room straight away. The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly, the hotel is almost a B&B but with private facilities, easy to walk to most in town attractions, excellent breakfast very good and convenient before the start to the day, good connection to WIFI. They also have a good network of local experts if you are looking for a guide (ask for Domingo)

The hotel is located just outside Gansbaai, you can walk towards the beach where you can actually see wales from the shore. Our host was very generous in aranging shark cage diving at the last second which was a great experience. We loved the tranquility and the setting. It was a most relaxing time. Maryliese was fantastic she did all she could to help and make our stay comfortable. We loved her and thought she did so well under loads of pressure. She deserves a medal or a R2000 raise in pay.
