  Everything!!! I've never been in a place like this before (and I've already travelled quite a lot)! A wonderful view, a charming room, the flowers all over the place and an unbelievably great breakfast!   Marvellous place. Another one reason to come back to Knysna, just to stay there. It's more, than just a hotel. The place not just to get the bed and breakfast, but to enjoy every minute. - Every thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, owner was more like a long time friend. Would love to go back, and stay longer.

  Before we even arrived we received an informative letter and help in planning our holiday. Staff could not have been more helpful with recommendations and answers to our every question. Carol, the owner is personable and greeted us warmly on our arrival. She took the time to get to know us and tell us a little about herself. Beautiful lobby/study,... ce que les gens disent » pool, brkfst area and pool. - The staff was wonderful-helped us plan all our day trips, arranged transfers and even packed us a breakfast to go the morning we were leaving since we had an early morning flight. The hotel was spotless and the breakfasts were fantastic! We love the extra attention we get from boutique hotels and this was did no disappoint. I state with my 3 adult children.

  The owner of the lodge and his wife were very helpful and attentive. The lodge itself was quietly situated with views of the nearby bay and well laid out with excellent facilities. It was within easy reach of Cape Town and the beautiful coastline. Top marks from us and would definitely return in the future.

  This hotel lived up to all our expectations and more. We arrived at 10.30am and expected to just leave our luggage, but we were given our room straight away. All the staff were very accommodating and the room was very pleasant. The road was bellow our room but we did not hear any noise at all. A lovely big bath was a treat. We would like to have stayed longer. - The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly, the hotel is almost a B&B but with private facilities, easy to walk to most in town attractions, excellent breakfast very good and convenient before the start to the day, good connection to WIFI. They also have a good network of local experts if you are looking for a guide (ask for Domingo)

  The hotel is located just outside Gansbaai, you can walk towards the beach where you can actually see wales from the shore. Our host was very generous in aranging shark cage diving at the last second which was a great experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms were wonderfully equipped and comfortable. The in house booking office was a huge bonus. And the location was magnificent.
