Amazing staff. Could not have asked for anything more during a difficult business trip. Suites are spotlessly clean. Centrally located. Great tips on where to find take-always at all times of the day or night. They offer a great privately owned Cab service. Thusane, one of the drivers is great, and will safely get you to wherever you need to go to

The centrally located apartments make it easy to access all shopping malls & most offices. The staff were friendly & very welcoming. Check in was smooth. The ambience & decor were amazing, real value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also liked the tight security aspect of it. I felt safe there with my family.

The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we expected it to be like and more. The view was great, the rooms where perfect. Very trendy and makes you feel like you are living th good life.

Everything was positive, especially the friendly and helpful staff. Everything I needed was provided and it was easy to get help and service. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower is especially lovely. I would stay in this hotel anytime again. - the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful

Beautiful set up, big room, good wifi. Hosts extremely friendly - making a big difference to the experience. Nice idea of bringing all guests together during dinner (if one chooses this option) - opportunity to meet new people. Very good dinner. -

The staff was spectacularly attentive. They tried to adopt my 6 month old son and promptly set up a cot for him in our room. Our friend's room had a missing shower head and within minutes of arriving in his room, he received a call inquiring about the plumbing and moving him to another room. A friend booked me into Claires for which I shall be eternally grateful. Hospitality just doesn’t get much better. From the moment we made our booking through to our departure the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean with those little extras that make all the difference. I enjoyed the large shower with a strong spray, the super comfy bed and the top quality coffee. My partner was on a working holiday and he appreciated the fast and reliable wifi (he was even able to use it by the pool!) and the easy drive to Sandton. The accommodation was large light and immaculately clean. The breakfast excellent, and we were able to relax by the pool when we weren't out with friends, and chat with Dee, who ran the whole place wonderfully. -

Excellent location. Very welcoming staff. Value for money comparatively. - Room was comfortable - bed was good for a refreshing sleep. Generally, the room fixtures and facilities were in good order. The Brightwater Commons offered a good range of restaurants and facilities which were within 5 minutes walking distance in a secure environment.
