  Amazing staff. Could not have asked for anything more during a difficult business trip. Suites are spotlessly clean. Centrally located. Great tips on where to find take-always at all times of the day or night. They offer a great privately owned Cab service. Hard working, always available, and highly recommended - The centrally located apartments make it easy to access all shopping malls & most offices. The staff were friendly & very welcoming. Check in was smooth. The ambience & decor were amazing, real value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also liked the tight security aspect of it. I felt safe there with my family.

  1. The staff were very accommodating and lovely. My card had a problem when booking because of the bank down time and they still allowed me to finalize the booking after a lot of back and forth. 2. Taxi fare is expensive and if you plan to catch the shuttle, you can even catch the train from OR Tambo to the mall, and get picked up - The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we expected it to be like and more.   A friend booked me into Claires for which I shall be eternally grateful. Hospitality just doesn’t get much better. The staff are simply wonderful; they had exceptional attention to detail in their service and at the same tome are genuinely caring. What’s more, the location is ideal. Another thing that makes this place special is the décor – it has man - From the moment we made our booking through to our departure the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean with those little extras that make all the difference. I enjoyed the large shower with a strong spray, the super comfy bed and the top quality coffee. My partner was on a working holiday and he appreciated the fast and reliable wifi (he was even able to use it by the pool!) and the easy drive to Sandton.
