Had an excellent stay. Excellent accommodation and facilities and very helpful and friendly staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food was excellent, including the breakfast buffet which was vast and covered many different cuisines. If staying in Manila again I would definitely stay in the Sofitel. It offers good central location and value for money.

I travel frequently for business all around the world and I always say, that the best Hotel is the one that makes you "feel like home". New World Makati is defenately one of them. The staff is so kind and helpfull, the service is excellent, the location one of the best in Manila and the price is good. What else a traveler can desire. Recently they have also started renovating the rooms, so I believe in few months it will be "the place to be"....

We stayed in different hotel here in the phils... We stay in orchard hotel in singapore, in hollywood hotel in hongkong, in western taipa in macau.... I think the peninsula is one of the most beautiful hotel we've ever stay here.... Aside from the handsome and friendly staff in the front desk i think it deserve to become a luxury and a five star hotel.... Perfect location for a leisurely or shopping weekend or for business trip within Glorietta area; rooms and bathrooms were clean, modern, and thoughtfully furnished and equipped; the gym had modern equipment; the deluxe 2 BR is roomy and perfect size for family of 4; the hotel staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast had good variety of choices and was tasty. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable,relaxing and was a bargain at the price we paid for.

I was in Manila for business for 5 days and from when I arrived at Dusit to when I left I found the hotel staff to be welcoming effecient and friendly.

I thought the staff were all very curteous and we have never been treated better than anywhere in the world and I have travelled extensively. Also the position to shopping was excellent and thought the security was also great and made you feel very safe. I would go again and recommend to my friends. Food was awsome, loved every minute.
