  The hotel is very nice, a five star hotel by all means. Staff were very frindly and answered all our questions. They were also very helpful. Excellent accommodation and facilities and very helpful and friendly staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food was excellent, including the breakfast buffet which was vast and covered many different cuisines. If staying in Manila again I would definitely stay in the Sofitel. It offers good central location and value for money.

  my friend and i stayed here for a couple of days and was extremely pleased as the location was excellent. we were able to walk to the park, shopping centers, and surrounding area. the hotel was secure and as you would expect out of a peninsula, very grand. the pool and bar was small but plenty of lounge chairs/towels to relax. the spa and gym ... was die leute sagen » were also small (didn't have a place to really sit and relax with your tea) but did have wet/dry saunas, showers, robes and the spa services was good. - We stayed in different hotel here in the phils... Aside from the handsome and friendly staff in the front desk i think it deserve to become a luxury and a five star hotel....   I was in Manila for business for 5 days and from when I arrived at Dusit to when I left I found the hotel staff to be welcoming effecient and friendly. The club floor facilities are well maintained with a good selection of food on offer for breakfast and during the day. The staff there were also very accomodating. The in house Thai restaurant is also of a very - I thought the staff were all very curteous and we have never been treated better than anywhere in the world and I have travelled extensively. Also the position to shopping was excellent and thought the security was also great and made you feel very safe. I would go again and recommend to my friends. Food was awsome, loved every minute.
