There is a lot thoughts that goes into the operation of the hotel. All the staff are true professionals. The quality of products are really 5 stars. That is the reason why we've stayed at the Diamond Hotel every time we visited the philippines. -

The hotel is very nice, a five star hotel by all means. Staff were very frindly and answered all our questions. They were also very helpful. The spa is just great. -

Had an excellent stay. Excellent accommodation and facilities and very helpful and friendly staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food was excellent, including the breakfast buffet which was vast and covered many different cuisines. If staying in Manila again I would definitely stay in the Sofitel. It offers good central location and value for money.

I travel frequently for business all around the world and I always say, that the best Hotel is the one that makes you "feel like home". New World Makati is defenately one of them. The staff is so kind and helpfull, the service is excellent, the location one of the best in Manila and the price is good. What else a traveler can desire. Recently they have also started renovating the rooms, so I believe in few months it will be "the place to be"....

The service from all the staff was superb. We were very well looked after. Very pleased with the suite too - it was a good size and well kitted out. -

my friend and i stayed here for a couple of days and was extremely pleased as the location was excellent. we were able to walk to the park, shopping centers, and surrounding area. the hotel was secure and as you would expect out of a peninsula, very grand. the pool and bar was small but plenty of lounge chairs/towels to relax. the spa and gym

We stayed in different hotel here in the phils... We stay in orchard hotel in singapore, in hollywood hotel in hongkong, in western taipa in macau.... I think the peninsula is one of the most beautiful hotel we've ever stay here.... Aside from the handsome and friendly staff in the front desk i think it deserve to become a luxury and a five star hotel.... I was in Manila for business for 5 days and from when I arrived at Dusit to when I left I found the hotel staff to be welcoming effecient and friendly.

I thought the staff were all very curteous and we have never been treated better than anywhere in the world and I have travelled extensively. Also the position to shopping was excellent and thought the security was also great and made you feel very safe. I would go again and recommend to my friends. Food was awsome, loved every minute.
