Had an excellent stay. Excellent accommodation and facilities and very helpful and friendly staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food was excellent, including the breakfast buffet which was vast and covered many different cuisines. If staying in Manila again I would definitely stay in the Sofitel. It offers good central location and value for money.

I travel frequently for business all around the world and I always say, that the best Hotel is the one that makes you "feel like home". New World Makati is defenately one of them. The staff is so kind and helpfull, the service is excellent, the location one of the best in Manila and the price is good. What else a traveler can desire. I think the peninsula is one of the most beautiful hotel we've ever stay here.... I thought the staff were all very curteous and we have never been treated better than anywhere in the world and I have travelled extensively. Also the position to shopping was excellent and thought the security was also great and made you feel very safe. I would go again and recommend to my friends. Food was awsome, loved every minute.
