Very helpful, excellent stuff. 2 minutes from the sea. pool-looking rooms are very calm and quiet. Roof garden is nice. Additionally: the best taverna on Kos was "the village" on Meg. Alexandrou str., 14, near the Harbour. - Very hospitable

The whole place is also spotlessly clean, and well cared for. I also loved Chris' dog, Lizzie, who made the stay perfect. - The lady boss is very nice and helpful. It is close to the sea show andthe castle in Kos (about 2 min in walk to the seashore and 3 extra minto the castle). The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and has a very well equipped kitchen. It is situated close to the beach - 5 min walk and close to the city centre/port aprox. 10 min walk.

We can’t recommend these well-maintained, family-run apartments more highly. For anyone wanting simple, self-catering accommodation in a perfect spot to access the beach and all Kos Town has to offer, this is the place.

This a great budget place to stay. The location is excellent and facilities are good. Rooms are clean etc. But best of all are the people who run it. This is part of a family home and you are really made to feel welcome and shown great kindness. I would positively recommend Nitsa to anyone. If we are in Kos again, accommodation will be easy to find: just go direct to Nitsa!
