The warm welcome and attention of the manager Chris, and her son. The hotel has recently undergone a major refurb. which is stunning. I sayed there 10 years ago, and did not recognize it! The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and has a very well equipped kitchen. It is situated close to the beach - 5 min walk and close to the city centre/port aprox. 10 min walk.
The towels and sheets are being changed every second day. The beds are done and the apartment is cleaned everyday, so you get the comfort of the apartment with hotel

We can’t recommend these well-maintained, family-run apartments more highly. For anyone wanting simple, self-catering accommodation in a perfect spot to access the beach and all Kos Town has to offer, this is the place.

This a great budget place to stay. The location is excellent and facilities are good. Rooms are clean etc. But best of all are the people who run it. This is part of a family home and you are really made to feel welcome and shown great kindness. I would positively recommend Nitsa to anyone. If we are in Kos again, accommodation will be easy to find: just go direct to Nitsa!
