  The warm welcome and attention of the manager Chris, and her son. The hotel has recently undergone a major refurb. which is stunning. I sayed there 10 years ago, and did not recognize it!   The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and has a very well equipped kitchen. It is situated close to the beach - 5 min walk and close to the city centre/port aprox. 10 min walk.   Very friendly. We arrived early in the morning, and were offered breakfast (staff even delayed changeover for lunch so that we could get ourselves good breakfast with no hurry). Infinity pool is excellent, it was the reason we picked this hotel, and it was worth it. Beach is close: some stairs walk, and it was fine and clean, too.   We can’t recommend these well-maintained, family-run apartments more highly. For anyone wanting simple, self-catering accommodation in a perfect spot to access the beach and all Kos Town has to offer, this is the place. After arriving on foot, hot and tired, we were greeted with bottles of chilled water and a choice of rooms. Kiria Nitsa and her family are very welcoming, kind and - This a great budget place to stay. The location is excellent and facilities are good. Rooms are clean etc. But best of all are the people who run it. This is part of a family home and you are really made to feel welcome and shown great kindness. I would positively recommend Nitsa to anyone. If we are in Kos again, accommodation will be easy to find: just go direct to Nitsa!
