Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. The old city is literally on the doorstep waiting to be explored -

... lo que la gente dice » ul comfortable elegant hotel. Right in the centre of Rouen, although you wouldn't notice from inside. Great bar, especially enjoyed the artwork. Didn't use the spa facilities on this occassion so couldn't comment. Wonderful weekend in Rouen.

Very friendly and helpful staff/host. Excellent room in a charming hotel with a good breakfast as well! Difficult to fault our stay. - jacuzzi, big room, easy to find, close to the city center

We had a room overlooking the fountain which meant nicer view and no road noise (double glazing also helps!!) Room was larger than expected, clean and tidy with aircon. It was my second stay at this hotel and everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big (for this price) and clean.We've requested a baby cot when we made the reservation and it was already set up in the room with sheets and everything. Nice breakfast ,also the first hotel I know that lets you take a coffee to go !

Clean and comfortable. Food was surprisingly good. It was tasty and
good value. The young waitress (Melanie) was efficient ,knowledgeable

The location was really convenient. The city centre is only a 15 minute walk and there is a shopping mall and supermarket directly opposite the hotel, which is really convenient if you want to fill the car with lots of French goodies. Also, for those who would prefer not to walk in and out of the city centre there is a tram that stops a few metres

The room was small though fine for a one night stay. The breakfast offered a reasonable choice. It was quite expensive for what is was. The hotel was opposite a commercial centre which was convenient and a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall I have no complaints.

Garaje gratuito (abierto, pero con barrera). Ubicación no excelente pero a solo 13 minutos andando de la catedral t mucho mas próxima a la Plaza del Mercado Viejo - nothing was too much trouble - Easy to find and well located. Nearer to the centre than it appears. Good secure parking and no traffic noise in rooms.
