  Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. Right in the centre of Rouen, although you wouldn't notice from inside. Great bar, especially enjoyed the artwork. Didn't use the spa facilities on this occassion so couldn't comment. Wonderful weekend in Rouen.

  We had a room overlooking the fountain which meant nicer view and no road noise (double glazing also helps!!) Room was larger than expected, clean and tidy with aircon. Parking on site in underground facility - 1st 3 levels Mecure (down) (lift to Mecure) through to IBIS 3 levels (up)(lift to IBIS) can use either as receptions are next to each oth... ce que les gens disent » er. - It was my second stay at this hotel and everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big (for this price) and clean.We've requested a baby cot when we made the reservation and it was already set up in the room with sheets and everything. Nice breakfast ,also the first hotel I know that lets you take a coffee to go !

  Clean and comfortable. Food was surprisingly good. It was tasty and good value. The young waitress (Melanie) was efficient ,knowledgeable about the menu and spoke excellent english. Parking was easy and worth 5 euros. - Friendly Reception Staff, good English spoken, restaurant and bar in hotel. Clean, modern room.   The location was really convenient. The city centre is only a 15 minute walk and there is a shopping mall and supermarket directly opposite the hotel, which is really convenient if you want to fill the car with lots of French goodies. Also, for those who would prefer not to walk in and out of the city centre there is a tram that stops a few metres... ce que les gens disent » away from the hotel. The big plus for us was the secure underground car park. - The room was small though fine for a one night stay. The breakfast offered a reasonable choice. It was quite expensive for what is was. The hotel was opposite a commercial centre which was convenient and a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall I have no complaints.

  L accueil - nothing was too much trouble - Easy to find and well located. Nearer to the centre than it appears. Good secure parking and no traffic noise in rooms.
