Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. The old city is literally on the doorstep waiting to be explored -

... lo que la gente dice » ul comfortable elegant hotel. Right in the centre of Rouen, although you wouldn't notice from inside. Great bar, especially enjoyed the artwork. Didn't use the spa facilities on this occassion so couldn't comment. Wonderful weekend in Rouen.

This is a one-room "hotel" located in central Rouen. Daniel met us and escorted us to the parking garage, and walked our traveling companion to another nearby hotel. He provided good information about Rouen and a nice walking tour for the day we had to visit. The room, with shower, was comfortable, clean, and quiet. It was fun to experience th

Location was superb. Daniel, the owner, was very accommodating and spoke
good English. Room was comfortable, warm and had good ensuite
facilities. Wi fi worked first time. Good simple French breakfast
included. Check out was midday but we could leave our luggage til later.

It was my second stay at this hotel and everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big (for this price) and clean.We've requested a baby cot when we made the reservation and it was already set up in the room with sheets and everything. Nice breakfast ,also the first hotel I know that lets you take a coffee to go !

The staff are excellent . This is a small hotel and they make you feel at home. The manageress provided us with a map of Rouen in English, and we had breakfast in our room. Doubt a UK hotel of similar standing would provide this facility.
