Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. The old city is literally on the doorstep waiting to be explored -

It was my second stay at this hotel and everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big (for this price) and clean.We've requested a baby cot when we made the reservation and it was already set up in the room with sheets and everything. Nice breakfast ,also the first hotel I know that lets you take a coffee to go !

but very little English spoken. It was charming, clean & had a very
sweet lobby and courtyard. Great deal for the price. Breakfast was good

Clean and comfortable. Food was surprisingly good. It was tasty and

The location was really convenient. The city centre is only a 15 minute walk and there is a shopping mall and supermarket directly opposite the hotel, which is really convenient if you want to fill the car with lots of French goodies. Also, for those who would prefer not to walk in and out of the city centre there is a tram that stops a few metres

The room was small though fine for a one night stay. The breakfast offered a reasonable choice. It was quite expensive for what is was. The hotel was opposite a commercial centre which was convenient and a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall I have no complaints.

1. Most of all thanks to the member of the staff. Unfortunately,
don't know the name (Asian madam). Very helpful and nice - a real
enjoy after a tiring exhausted trip.
2. Polyglot staff for all language tastes.
3. Clean rooms. We were granted a room on the higher floor by request without any problem.
4. FREE private parking.

Friendly staff, great location, very close to the city center( 15 min by foot)
Parking, it's possible to leave car in the parking even after check-out in the morning, so it's really nice if you walk to the city center and dont need to think about parking in Rouen
