  Everything was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. A bit pricey though not for the budget conscience. - The staff were very good and we had a very good room definitely right up there with Delta standards.

  The view, the front desk staff. With the exception of 1 waitress ( who was proficient in her job ) those who waited on our table were lacking in some skills. My impression is that the Hotel is well managed, and the staff are very well trained. The Hotel is beautifully laid out in refurbished 19th century buildings on the harbour front. The hotel is as central as one can get in St. John's, only one block off the main shopping and sight seeing streets. I am sure that we will go back again. This was one of the best va
