I had the pleasure of visiting a friend who was staying on the 1st floor.
I can only comment on the room. I thought it was a 10. One of the nicest decorated/furnished rooms of any hotel I have stayed in. The bathroom white marble was stunning.

The staff were expecting us when we arrived and are very helpful and friendly.
The food in the restaurant (Jack's) was excellent and the staff there very friendly. -

I stay here anytime I travel to St.John's. I was there in January when a huge snow storm came through. This was the time you won my heart, about 50 guest were storm stayed and the hotel rose above, we were all feed and treated like family with no extra cost to our bills. The staff were so helpful and willing to please. Our suite was a bit of "home away from home", with very comfortable beds and always well maintained. The on-site restaurant has a nice variety to the menu, great food, good prices and hours of operation. We will definitely book our next stay in St. John's at the Ramada.

We got in late from a long flight and were surprised to be upgraded to a jacuzzi room! We brought drinks up from the bar and it made our first night in St. John's very relaxing. It is located next to the airport and the shuttle drivers available 24/7. They were very friendly and prompt.
Continental breakfast was available from 4 am to 9 am. Also, a full breakfast was served in the dining room later in the morning. We had dinner at the dining room twice, and the food was superb.

The staff at Front desk. When I checked in , there was a staff name Jeromie. He was very welcoming and very helpful in checking in his system for a Room with good view. I liked the hotel room, it was clean and very quiet. The staff were

I also loved the location its in walking distance to all main pubs and stores downtown.
So I liked the hotel for the location.
