Our second stay, and we will return again.
The staff - always ready with a tray with tea or coffee and homemade muffins. The breakfasts were wonderful, and Molly serving them in the big dining room was a treat. Interesting guests from all over the globe, made for great conversations. Comfortable large rooms, clean updated bathrooms. A beautiful old historic property - and one I visited many years ago when a Parker classmate of mine lived there. Large pleasant garden in which to sit and enjoy

We got in late from a long flight and were surprised to be upgraded to a jacuzzi room! We brought drinks up from the bar and it made our first night in St. John's very relaxing. It is located next to the airport and the shuttle drivers available 24/7. They were very friendly and prompt.
Continental breakfast was available from 4 am to 9 am. Also, a full breakfast was served in the dining room later in the morning. We had dinner at the dining room twice, and the food was superb.

Everything, I always stay at hillview with sporting events, it's the best bang for your buck and I can keep the team together. It's very close to everything but still far enough away that the noise of St. John's don't keep you awake at night. I recommend hillview to whomever I know :) -
