Everything was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. A bit pricey though not for the budget conscience. -

The view, the front desk staff. With the exception of 1 waitress ( who was proficient in her job ) those who waited on our table were lacking in some skills.

I loved the look of the building. The room was cozy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was awesome. Meeting Karen was like I knew her my whole life. Welcoming and friendly. I will book there again, for sure. -

David and Kim were excellent hosts. Kim met us each morning at breakfast and was very hospitable. The house was very beautiful and very close to the harbour.

The staff - always ready with a tray with tea or coffee and homemade muffins. The breakfasts were wonderful, and Molly serving them in the big dining room was a treat. Interesting guests from all over the globe, made for great conversations. Comfortable large rooms, clean updated bathrooms. I was impressed with the all the staff, who were very friendly, very helpful with our questions about local events and destinations. My impression is that the Hotel is well managed, and the staff are very well trained. The Hotel is beautifully laid out in refurbished 19th century buildings on the harbour front. The hotel is as central as one can get in St. John's, only one block off the main shopping and sight seeing streets.
I am sure that we will go back again.
