  The premier twin room with 2 queen beds was beautifully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Walking distance to cbd and good restaurants and just far enough away to keep out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The cleanliness of the property was good. We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

  We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed.
