have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon
booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slow in

The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

We had a fantastic stay at the St Kilda Quest. We loved the fact that the Apartments are so close to the all forms of public transport yet still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and supermarkets.
When we had had enough sightseeing we would wander back to the apartment and just chill in the relaxing environment.

We loved the location, the layout, the comfy bed, the spacious unit, the air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, the full size kitchen and fridge, the staff, the welcome, the car park, the co-operative staff when we needed to leave our car after checkout.

Room services was great: friendly staff on the phone, waiting people were friendly, meals delivered on time, efficient, thoughtful delivery.
Bar staff were excellent.

We paid for a cheaper room without a view.

All staff from the cleaners right through to reception and the owners were always very friendly and eager to offer any advice on activities, places to go etc. The owners even gave my family free passes to the aquarium. when the 3 yr old had an accident on his bed the sheets were changed immediately without question by staff at no extra cost.

Did lack a dining table.
I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get.
Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect.
The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.
