I loved the communication, the calls too make sure we were traveling safe. The greeting how well they were with my 2 yr old boy! The comfort they made us feel so welcome room was very clean tidy and comfortable! Breakfast was so delicious! And great services all round esp the help too and from the hospital. Thank you beverly and brett very much appreciated!

Has an amazing location, our ocean-view room had probably the best view I've ever had from a hotel room and I've travelled a lot. Great little patio too which was unexpected but awesome perk. It is a great unit with excellent facilities and cleanliness. The range of kitchenware is fabulous. Spacious living room and dining area. Very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room and guesthouse were luxurious and the location superb. Shane was extremely accommodating, the atmosphere was relaxing and sophisticated. Our room had a spa bath and balcony, robes and breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice were included. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking accommodation in Melbourne.

We were a family group of 4 "seniors" and booked the three bedroom "Top deck" suite and it was ideal for our purposes.
It was an interesting, well equipped and comfortable suite and we enjoyed it so much we bought fish and chips and three bottles of wine and dined in.

Friendly staff, very welcoming and easy to check in/out process. Bridge room was beautiful with a hugh bath which was very relaxing. Breakfast in the morning provided a homely feel and was a great start to our driving day along the Great Ocean Road. Would recommend staying here for a stop along The Great Ocean Road.
