Everything was perfect. My husband and I stayed for our wedding night and loved it. In the morning we were informed by the owner that a taxi wouldnt come pick us up as where we wanted to go wasnt a big enough fair for them, so she drove us back to our reception venue and when we offered her money she declined. You couldnt ask for better customer service. It was amazing.

Staff were just fantastic, especially Donna and Heather. They were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. From the first glimpse of the four poster bed, the wingbacked lounge chairs with cosy throws and antique fire place, I knew we had chosen well. That was before we had relaxed outside in our private courtyard with fresh plunger coffee. Then heading off to the double spa with a bottle of wine .It was the perfect place to relax and indulge.

The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. We loved it, kids had a great time. We had 2 inter-connecting rooms that were great. Public spaces were excellent lots of room for the kids to run around when they felt the need. The Merchant restaurant located in the building is fabulous a real gem.

I found the room to be at an excellent standard, and the staff, including the front desk, room service and ground floor staff, to be friendly and approachable. The breakfast and room service food was excellent and of a high quality. I also found the amenties within the room fantastic, especially the wonderful king size bed. This was my second stay and I will continue to stay there for any future visits.
