We (the 4 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel's suite. The room is super huge with enough space for all of us plus the countless luggage. Despite the language barrier, the staff were very helpful from allowing us to check in way earlier than the usual, to arranging our final transfer to the airport. Although the location is not as popular as those along Nguyen An Ninh, we really like the distance and extra peace the hotel offers away from those bustle. There are plenty of halal rest.

Location is perfect, literally 2-3 minutes walk from Ben than market and other famous places It took me 10-20 minutes to walk to any Saigon city landmarks from the hotel, one staff member ease extremely friendly and willing to help you for everything. Overall VERY satisfied. We stayed in the suite room and everything was almost perfect!... We arrived at the hotel before 2pm and is allowed to check in early, we had the permission to check out one hour later as well, as our flight was not until 4pm... However, It should be stated in your hotel description under payment conditions that there is a bank fee of 1 or 2?or 3 % if payment is via credit card. Prices of the items inside the refrigerator should also be posted inside the room. the location of the hotel is strategic the shopping travellers. The famous Benh Thanh market is just a stone's throw away from the market. There are 3 halal restaurants nearby, so, no problem for the Muslims. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Staff were very lovely. I stayed with my teenage son. This hotel was in a safe location but close to lots of sights and things to do. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. So far so good... but as a muslim, we did not dare to try the food although it is provided for free... if the hotel can consider HALAL buffet spread, it would be great since many muslims come and visit Saigon these days. The extra bed given to our room was quite uncomfortable. The room assigned for us was small for three persons. none. none. Breakfast so limited but at least they allowed us to soft boiled eggs. We stayed in the suite room which was suitable for our family of 5 persons. It was a big space with adequate bedding, but I did not like the fact that it had no window. It was close to the hotel foyer, so thre was some noise and the lights from this area made the room quite light for sleeping. Need to ask them to turn off lights or do it yourself as we did! Buffet breakfast was basic only. Limited range of breakfast choice for Europeans. Hot water was very unreliable in the two rooms we occupied (803 & 804). Breakfast selection was ordinary but what was offered was ok. Coffee is too diluted. The breakfast wasn't so good for a Westerner. They needed more staff to prepare breakfast- the 1 girl had too much to handle. Not enough space nor seating room for breakfast. the breakfast. nothing. The breakfast no refill after 9am even though they said will serve until 9.30am. The suite room we booked only ready by 2pm even we already inform earlier thru email that we are going to check in early. They offer one family room that can accommodate 3 pax and another room 2pax (so we can't stay in just a room). Poor breakfast. Better buy something on the street. Visa + 3%. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Small lift, no spread halal food for muslim. Nothing. Nothing. got pc in the room but cannot utilize it. could'nt open facebook, personal mailbox etc. most of the website blocked by the hotel... Cleanliness - One of the towels had rat droppings Transparency - Final Bill had admin charges amounting to 20 usd which given enough time I would have disputed. - Room is a little small, no window - Breakfast is simple , no much variety.
