Location is good . It's 5 mins walk to benh than market. 10 mins walk to all the places of interest. Conceirge, front desk are all very helpful and polite. Muslim food is easy to find. 3 min walk to one muslim restaurant. Location was central and strategic for shopping and city sight-seeing. Breakfast was good and staff speaks English, helpful and friendly. Value for money and would not hesitate to recommend.

We like the room to have :- 1. carpet 2. toilet to have shower room 3. more cleaner toilet without black stain at the edge of bath tub 4. given at least 2 access cards for 1 room. now only gave 1 card and very troublesome. 5. requested for late check out at 2pm. receptionist declined with no customer service concept. Restaurant offered plenty of food choices but found food to be bland and not value for money. The superior room has no window - if it doesn't say that there is a window, there is none - a learning we had so we upgraded the room type when we arrived. They've charged the credit card using the details from letsbookhotel.com and didn't allow cash payment on leaving day. The view is not at all good. Perhaps the hotel have only few rooms with window and hence, limited view. There is only one lift. Breakfast - Often cold, strange selection for morning meal. No windows in the room. Nothing to not like. Too many steps up to the entrance lobby. The hotel isn't that new anymore. nothing. - the towel is quite old - heard elevator sound if stay at the room near elevator. - breakfast is so so. - complimentary water is too small. breakfast having same food for 3 days. Self prepare Pho for breakfast, filter with hot soup for 2 rounds, learnt from the queue in front of me, yet being scolded rudely by the waiter. The room was advertised with windows, I was shocked when I walked into the room and it was dark, I did call the reception to complain and I was told to upgrade for an extra $20 a night and that we already have a corner window which was about 1m high and 30cm wide and was opening on the hallway,what a joke. Check-in staff is very rude. Room is very stink/smelly. bed is too soft, making noise whenever you make a move. I dont mind to pay extra for a better hotel with better room. Not recommend for family with kids. The towels were very old.
