It is located at the edge of Williams, Arizona. There are some excellent shops and restaurants. The information center is an absolute must to visit. The two ladies in it will give you very accurate information and save you money to visit the Grand Canyon. We were on the road in snowy conditions. It was a good location and the room was wonderful. We didn't do much except sleep and get back on the road..

Clean, nice staff, excellent parking, nice quiet town, good restaurant. Hotel lobby is connected to the restaurant and this is so convenient. Access to the Grand Canyon if you couldn't find accomodation within the National Park itself. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. There was no breakfast. It was further from the Grand Canyon than we expected. Reception of phone and internet. Nothing at all. Breakfast in Hotel's restaurant was mediocre. When we arrived the night clerk gave us directions to our room which was nice! However it was very cold and had been snowing the side parking lot was covered in black ice! I did not notice the ice until I got out of my truck and fell flat on my back !!!! The side entry of the hotel was also frozen over! You would think whith this location somebody would have put out rock salt to prevent guest and staff from falling!. Thin walls. Walls thin, had crying baby in room next to us. Not fault of Holiday Inn. Restaurant. Restaurant associated with HI. Food was very mediocre. Didnt mention it was still under holliday inn when I called. Breakfast too expensive fir the quality ann varriarity. The fact that when I cancelled a later booking they totally ignored the request and charged me for the room after I had cancelled. They were notified by letsbookhotel.com and it was completely ignored. I won't be staying at this Holiday Inn or any Holiday Inn in the future if this is the way they do business. Ants in the room; on the night table, in my bed and on the floor in the bathroom =0( Was not impressed with the staff member upon check in. The security doors were always open and the windows were left open. Did not feel very secure. Staff was unalbe to print receipt at checkout. Not applicable. Wi Fi was poor. I could not link up with my I Pad. I thought there was something wrong with device, but it works perfectly in Phoenix Hotel Doc Halliday's was out of some main courses eg prime rib when we were there. The breakfast waitress was very rude. The name is not correct, is actualy a Holiday Inn. Room key did not work for two days and very inconvenient to have to go to front desk to get key to work! Asked for box to take steak dinner to room and never received it. Staff/Mgt. not that friendly, no offer to compensate for inconvenience!. Could be cleaner around back entrance. The amenities are quite basic. Internet access was terrible!. room on road-site and not quiet :-(.
