We stayed at the Knights Inn because other hotel choices were full. However, we were not disappointed. I was looking for cleanliness, comfort, and safety and I found all those at this hotel. You shouldn't go in expecting royal treatment. I got what I was paying for and was completely satisfied. Good service, friendly staff. Nice large room and very clean. Gas station across the road. Next to KFC, Pizza Hut, and also good location to main street for shopping.

In Williams a great town on the real Route 66. About an hour from Grand Canyon and lots of nice cafes / restaraunts / shops in 66 theme. Room had good air conditioner king size bed fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable. location. Price. Worst hotel ever very dirty. It is so gross we moved to another hotel. It is only thirty bucks cheaper than other hotels. It is not worth the money to stay here. Not right in town so you have to drive. Food is gross at breakfast. Carpets stained all over. Do not stay here"!!!!!!". There was nothing I liked!. older bath rooms, breakfast not very good but typical of price range. Breakfast was fair. breakfast is a little bit simple. Television did not work.. We left at 5:15am, and there wasn't any coffee or juice available. Nothing was put out yet, so we ate across the street. Breakfast was a little disappointing compared to other chains we have stayed with. Key card machine wasnot working, so we had to be escorted to our room each time we re-entered. The adjoining room door was not locked-so glad I checked!!!. super noisy, beds are not comfortable at all, breakfast is a joke. I bought the last King room over the internet and the front desk gave it to a man and I got two queen beds. The charged me for the King. :(. It was very basic and dated but it was clean and roomy. The breakfast was mini donuts from a gas station and home made muffins. It was way too expensive for what we got. Won't stay there again. Entrance and carpet were dirty. Clerk was hard to understand her english. Poor selection for breakfast. No place to sit down for breakfast. Room smelled bad. Smelly lobby. No tea facilities as advertised No iron No sink plug Breakfast coffee and fairy cake Only. I'm not a picky person, but this place needs some attention.
