  Very close to nice shopping and restaurants/pubs. I was pleasantly surprised by this quaint hotel and Walnut Creek is a very nice town. The room decor is a bit outdated, but very clean, spacious and quite comfortable. They provide free wi-fi, hair dryers and shampoos in each room. Continental breakfast in lobby each morning. Very, very nice s... what people say » taff. - This hotel was in a great location and is very safe. There are many places to eat within a short distance. The staff was incredible friendly and the room was nice and quiet. I appreciate the fact that they are strict on the smoking rules so the room and surrounding areas don't smell of smoke. This is a cute well kept place to stay.

  The room was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was updated, clean, very functional. Everything worked. Housekeeping was very good. It was quiet and pleasant. I couldn't hear other guests unless they were in the hall right outside my room--there was no room-to- room noise. The price was excellent; the room, neighborhood, and service were much better than one might expect for the price. - It was a centralized location for all the places we wanted to go, i.e., The Oakland Zoo, San Francisco via the BART, the Jelly Belly factory in Fairfield, ect., and the friends and family we wanted to see in the area. The hotel staff was friendly and willing to accommodate.
