Great staff! Everyone I dealt with in the four day visit was conscientiously doing a great job with a very friendly and helpful, caring attitude. Everyone staying there was friendly and cheerful as a consequence. - even though it seemed fully occupied. Excellent hotel, good facilities and friendly staff. Enclosed hotel area which compensates discutable area. Close proximity to Napa valley & the theme park. Good option to stay here on a budget and in luxury and drive to Napa.
all reviews » It was in a central location for everything that we had planned for: shopping, wine tasting restaurants and spas. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed information. Great friendly staff, knowledgeable about surruonding areas and activities. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was crowded but the food was good, great value!. The room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent. I liked the tv, modern, good reception. The breakfast was well-received and very tasty. Great location next to amusement park. Shuttle was nice. Clean inside and out. Staff was friendly and courteous. Hot breakfast was delicious. I stayed for one night & was pleasantly surprised w/ the cleanliness and comfort of the facility. Would definitely stay there again. It is reasonable for the price. Close to freeway noise though. Close to Six Flags if your going there. Shuttle drivers, being able to pre-register before going to marine world, breakfast, pool, hot tub. It was a very nice place and was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The price was right. location I went to Sonoma Raceway for two days. Easy travel. Excellent hot breakfast!. I expected a two room suite which would have been more comfortable. Staff wasn't very friendly. Didn't go out of their was to smile and greet me, nor offer any local dining suggestions. Please upgrade the mattresses. They had construction going on outside our window, but stopped the workers after our complaint. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Not knowing you had to upgrade in order to have a fridge or microwave. The fridge did not have a freezer. Too many kids but knew that would be the issue with being across from Six Flags! Maybe a larger breakfast area would be nice with so many kids no room for seating at peak times. Also kids using the spa should be prohibited!!! Since so many children maybe have some rooms just for adults so it will be quieter especially bottom floor rooms noise from kids above. The pillow is too hard my wife had a stiff neck the next day! I didn't used the pillow at all. If you have back or neck problem I highly suggest that you bring your own pillow. Breakfast is poor! There are a lot of variety but eggs, sausages doesn't look good and we have decided to eat outside instead!. Not anything. The parking lot was a little small. Room had no fridge. area around hotel was not the most desireable. doesn't have safe in the rooms. Did not know there was a pet fee required Requested early check in and late check out. Hotel did not respond or acknowledge request. Went to take a hot shower after being in the cold at holiday in the park at six flags, turned the water all the way on hot and it barely got warm. I felt discriminated against. I was charged a refundable $250.00 deposit. While signing a form I paid, I noticed I was the only one that paid such a large amount. Others paid $50.00 - 100.00. During my stay I noticed not all were being charged a deposit. The management treated me as though I shouldn't be there upon arrival. The staff up under her were nice and generously helpful. Too small dining room for breakfast. Nothing to complain about. Only stayed 1 night. Breakfast over at 9:30. Your pet fees are outrageous!! The Solano Co fairgrounds hold more dog shows than anywhere else in N. Calif. If you do not want pets in your motel , then make it "no pets" rather than gouge your customers. My friends had a room for $119 and you wanted to charge them an additional $210 for the 3 pets they brought for the dog show. I will not be recommending your facility, nor will I be staying there again. Really dirty carpets throughout hotel, breakfast was lackluster, no fridge in rooms, for 150 a night throw in a mini fridge, really dirty air vents, some mold growth in shower walls and ceilings. Restrooms need to be updated. Just being picky i guess, but a lot of little things really add up. Not worth 150 a night. Surrounding stores and neighborhoods feel unsafe, not a place to go site seeing at night. Beds are old. Mattresses were sagging and not comfortable. No restrauts near by, remote for tv did'nt work well. No gift shop. Everyday breakfast was the same menu. beds very hard not comfortable ex fan in bathroom not working. Too expansive for pets 35$ / pet Sameproblem withanother best westernin france. Must redo breakfast room., good food, huge crowd everyday, NO ROOM to sit or move. The staff at the front desk was unfriendly. Every time we asked for something (late check out, luggage cart, etc.) we got the impression that it was too much trouble. The beds were too hard. The shower drain was super slow. The hotel was wornout and stained Over all carpeting and walls needed updating. No fridge, no microwave, super loud floor (we were placed next to an elevator) ***** I requested a quiet floor. Because I am a light sleeper. Needless to say I got minimal sleep.I Am a Yelper, I found you on a yelp... They charged extra for each kid each night so it was not a deal. The carpet was filthy, loud banging upstairs all night then we were woken up from a fire alarm in the morning. When I called the front desk about the fire alarm no one answered. The pool was next to freeway and full of kids. Rude manager website was deceiving with room design this was no suite by far worst had red stains on my sheet this was pre planned for my 24th Anniversary and was ruined we checked out the following morning. ..P.s that was not a full Breakfast.
