Victor, the manager, is very friendly and helpful. A truly nice gentleman who will try to help in what ever way he can. The hotel room was very nice and met all expectation. The hotel is very convenient to the highway with restaurants and food stores nearby. We loved it! The room was beautiful and the staff was great. We felt safe and taken care of. We are smokers but get non smoking rooms because of our kids. The private balcony allowed us to keep an eye on the kids while relaxing.

Had to walk through main lobby with luggage to access our room. Not close to vehicle for easy unloading or loading Slow drain in Bathtub Bathroom fan was detached from ceiling and did not work. The breakfast buffet was ok. I found that I had to wait for supplies to be put out. In the meantime, more people would come and the wait would then be even longer. Forget it if you arrive close to the end of buffet time!. nothing. No pool. Looked like they filled in the pool with concrete. A bit noisy with freeway right behind it, but with the fan on we slept fine. It would be nice to have a small fitness room. Breakfast had no cream cheese, boiled eggs, bagels or muffins which re found in many other motels. Breakfast tables often dirty and sticky. Rooms quite close to noisy freeway. No laundry on site. Gluten free breakfast choices limited. We had issues with bed bugs in our beds. We brought this problem to the hotel manager's attention whom treated us very poorly over the phone. We have since spoken with the corporate owners. There were ants in the room. The elevator noise other than that great. Too much noise from highway. Needs windows that block out some of the noise. Could smell pot smoke coming out of one the rooms...it's supposed to be non-smoking (I know...not your fault). Breakfast...fake cream, fake butter. more vegan breakfast selection. Plastic glasses. Ice machine at lower level only, continental breakfast was great, but they coffee kept running out as well as milk for cereal. nothing. First room had no power , no lights so we moved rooms. Next to the highway so a bit noisy. Receptionist forgot to mention breakfast timing to us at check in. we did not feel to secure to leave our car in the parking lot, the area did not seem too friendly. Highway is pretty close so the rooms are slightly noisy. The surrounding neighborhood was not good. We were concerned about our car in the parking lot. No nearby restaurants. All the balcony lights were on all night long with no way to turn them off, imposible to have room dark - so close to hwy. Noisy rooms (in one room we exchanget were very loose balcony doors) Smell on stairs Choice in breakfast (however I undrsrtand Super8brand). Understaffed for breakfast. Need more trash cans. Need to upgrade electrical service in breakfast room - breakers kept blowing when waffle machines were used. The price...I thought it was overpriced. There was a bit of noise from the adjacent street (Solano/Springs Rd), especially from motorbikes. Breakfast offerings were blah!. freeway noise key card failed to work twice. I spoke to the Manager , was thinking of cancelling my 2 rooms reservation, and he keeps talking about their bussiness to keep going bills are to be paid.... I am aware of the cancellation policy, but he just keeps on talking...i think he needs to be more knowledgeable on how to deal with such inquires... We stayed for the night, breakfast is okay, at least eggs should be serve. Shower was not cleaned properly. Hair in the bathtub and the shower needed to be scrubbed down. Paying for the hotel at arrival instead of at check out. right next to freeway, the breakfast area was crowded and not many options for breakfast. Sofa bed was horrible, my 13 year old had to sleep on the floor. Not good. It's not in a good location. Also the first room we were assigned to did not have clean floors. We were given a new room that was clean.
