  This hotel was close to the Amtrak station and I was coming in via train to Tacoma. The hotel provided a shuttle to the hotel and back the next day. The shuttle arrived in a very timely matter and I did not have to wait. This saved me in cab cost. The staff was all very friendly. The resturant within the hotel had good food and friendly staff too... what people say » . - nice and comfortable. friendly staff. Being alone in the area, the shuttle was very convenient to travel with to the shopping center and around. The bus stop is walk-able too.

  We stayed in a deluxe king room, the room was a good size, plenty of room. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The hotel has an excellent pet policy. They do not have a breed/weight restriction on dogs, nor does the hotel charge a pet deposit. Now that's incredible.I will definately book at this hotel again and eve... what people say » rytime I am in Tacoma. - the restaurant food was great. Liked the options for breakfast buffet or from the menu. Room was quiet (end of hall) with no noise from elevators etc. Coffee in lobby was lovely and tasted much better than in the restaurant. You might look into using other than styrofoam cups...
