If you wanna explore Spokane this is the place to be. Right in the center of downtown Spokane, their continental breakfast was 3 times better than any other hotel I've ever been to for the price. And fast eddies bar, chilis, fresh market foods, and the convention center and riverwalk is directly across the street. Very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good suggestions for dining. Affordable with the inclusion of breakfast. Good choices for breakfast. Cookies and coffee in evening Quiet Inviting lobby Washer and dryer available No charge and available parking Wireless Proximity to downtown shopping and restaurants Clean Microwave and fridge.
all reviews » My stay was commendable in all ways: The exterior façade was clean and attractive; the lobby was beautifully decorated and inviting; the room was clean with good beds as well as being beautifully decorated with thought for guest comfort. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making this an affordable option. Beds were comfortable. Staff willing to accommodate extra pillows. Continental breakfast was nice. No hassle with bringing our service dog. We were able to access Wi-Fi with no problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. It was very conveniently located and we walked to dinner. The Travel Lodge was situated close to all the city sites and tourist information centre. For a budget motel I would recommend it to other visitors. Once I settled in and appreciated the good service and "Likes" I listed that impression was irrelevant. Room air stale, disinfectant like noticeable when enter room probably due to older air handling system. Would have liked to have a king size bed but couldn't due to dog. Not a big deal but it would have been nice since that is what we picked online. I was pleased and thought the price for what we received was much more reasonable than other places we stayed. The noise of the traffic addend late night revelers. Nothing, all was good. no swimming pool. they were replacing all the furniture. Not a big bother everyone was very nice and polite. older facility. Parking was horrible. Totally unacceptable to us. Tried to park in the lot, overflow lot, or the parking garage and was told by front desk personnel that there would be no spaces until "THE BARS CLOSE AT 2:00 AM!" What a ridiculous statement to tell us!!. Our room was located at the rear of the building. Being the weekend(Friday and Saturday), it was noisy when the bars next door on Division Street closed. It was a bit annoying for the "light" sleepers. Photos need to be updated. We thought we were going to a little bit of a view. There was none. The heater in our room was very noisy. Kept us awake the first night so I had to shut it off the second night. No spa facilities that we could locate. nothing at all.
