clean lots of space in room good parking didnt have to pay. staff was so very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I liked the on-line booking for my reservations. Made it alot easier for me and my family from driving around looking for a place to stay. We were in town for the High School 1B/2B State Basketball Tournament. Staff was nice. The continental breakfast was decent - a selection of cereal, toast, pastries, oatmeal, juice and a waffle maker.
all reviews » Location Staff. The single King sized bed was good, room size was ok. It close to road access. Nothing was nice. downtown. nothing. n/a. We stayed for (3)nights. The hotel didn't updo, upkeep, refresh our room: fix the bed, new towels, vaccuum. We were gone most of the day. We had to go to the front desk and ask for new towels. NonSmoking but they had a bucket outside of room for cigarette butts and we could smell cigarette smoke in our room. Noisy neighbors scared our children. Wifi did not work. Hotel was pretty decrepit. Room was freezing, took an hour or so to warm up. Lamps were missing lightbulbs, room was dirty. The facilities are poorly kept and unclean. The paint was peeling, sink was rusty, and sheets and blankets had stains on them. We were only given 2 towels for 4 people and when we called the front desk to ask for 2 more towels, we were told that they were out of towels. This could be a decent little motel with some upgrades made to the facilities and attention paid to cleanliness. Breakfast, and selection of food was the poorest I have ever seen . no coffee, no selection of cerials no pool. Advertized as WiFi in the rooms. We were in the building that was away from the front office and there was no WiFi in our room. Complaint to the front desk got nothing but a shrug. No refrig, drafty rooms, hardly any linen, poor parking, poor location, not very friendly staff, only one tiny garbage can in room, no outdoor garbage can. This place is a JOKE. It was run down, breakfast machines were broke, seemed like a place for all the homeless, non-smoking room stunk. filthy furniture broken security lock broken lampshade dog kibble on floor tub didn't drain light in bathroom broken tv worked intermittently rug was filthy bed spread had burn holes room smelled heavily so smoke recommending Spokane has nothing to do with how awful my room was. everything. starting from stay.and endup with the room and the cleanness of the room and the permisses. The Room was very dirty the tub was disgusting,phone did not work no security latch on door,we had to ask for a different room it was much worse than the room they moved us to.
