    The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the enjoyment of our stay. We were excited about our free upgrade to a harbor view room. We stay at this hotel at least twice a year because of visiting family living in Seward. - The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and courte... what people say » ous. The hotel felt safe and the location was convenient to everything we had planned to do.

    We stayed in a small cabin and it was great. We didn't expect to have electricity, but we did and also had a woodstove for heat. It was a great value. - Facilities were clean and well kept. It is a beautiful area, well maintained and enjoyable from just about every aspect. That I had to walk to the restrooms - but then again - I knew that goi... what people say » ng in so NOT their fault. I moved this from "what I didn't like" to "liked". I'm just getting too old to be walking to the restrooms is all.
